På tirsdag er det fetetirsdag som er ensbetydende med pannekaker! Pannekaker er enkelt og raskt å lage og de aller fleste synes det er stas med pannekaker på en hverdag<br>

Jeg har laget nok en iskrem, det er så mange gode iskremsmaker å velge mellom så når man først har begynt så blir det fort til at man lager både 2 og tre varianter. Ett tips om du bruker iskremmaskin med kompressor, lag gjerne klart to eller fler iskremer om gangen for når den først har blitt kald går det fortere å lage neste iskrem.<br>

I dag har jeg laget gulrotkake igjen. Dette er jo en klassiker som fint tåler å bli gjentatt!<br>
Nå som det har blitt så deilig ute frister det ekstra mye å sette seg ut i solveggen med en kaffekopp og hva er vel en kaffepause uten noe søtt? Med en gulrotkake kan man jo også late som om man er litt sunn, for det er jo grønnsaker i kaken :D<br>

Store luftige marengs ser flott ut på kakebordet. I utlandet er disse å få tak i over alt, men her i Norge er vi nok mest kjent med pikekyss. Pikekyss er små tørre marengstopper, mens disse er mye større og deilige og seige inni.<br>

Nå som det endelig har blitt skikkelig sommer tenkte jeg det ville være fint å dele en oppskrift på iskrem.<br>
Iskrem er jo så enkelt å lage selv og her er virkelig mulighetene mange. Om du har en iskremmaskin, enten en liten enkel en eller en flott og stor en så har du ihvertfall et kjempebra utgangspunkt til å lage noe deilig og avkjølende på relativt kort tid.<br>

Fudge.<br>
Ganske enkelt å lage og veldig godt når man får den riktige konsistensen.<br>
Fudge kan lages i utallige varianter, men dette er min nye favoritt. Sitron er jo kjempegodt sammen med søtt og denne oppskriften tar denne kombinasjonen til nye høyder. Jeg har tilsatt litt frysetørket bringebær, dette kan du utelate om du ikke finner det, men det er med på å gi en ekstra dybde i fudgen.<br>

Jeg har lyst til å starte året med en klassiker som jeg synes passer godt nå som det er vinter, men som ikke nødvendigvis smaker av jul. Ostekake er noe jeg virkelig er glad i, men det er ikke til å komme bort i fra at det er veldig mektig med en god mengde kalorier. Derfor har jeg valgt å lage små porsjoner, så står det ikke en hel kake og roper på meg :)<br>

Om du har former liggende med påskemotiv så synes jeg det er gøy å bruke dette. Det trenger ikke være spesielt avansert heller. Disse er fort gjort å lage, noe som passer meg veldig bra for tiden, men kan selvfølgelig lages så avansert som man selv ønsker.<br>

Marshmallows er en morsom ting å lage. Myke, søte puter som kan smakssettes med det meste. Denne gangen har jeg gått for en sjokoladevariant. Det maltede melkepulveret gir ikke veldig kraftig smak, men mer et svakt hint av malt.<br>
Disse passer nok veldig bra til å grilles over et bål neste gang du skal på tur :)<br>
